Sorting user mailboxes in exchange

It seems that the index catalog which sorts mailbox items can become corrupt and cause users mailboxes to no longer sort by name, date or any other sorting order.

Solution:
resetsearchindex.ps1 -database “Database Name”
or move the mailbox to another store.
